CNC Punching

Our CNC punch presses deliver high-speed, repeatable accuracy across a wide range of hole patterns, cutouts, louvers, and embosses. We work with steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, and brass — holding tight tolerances on every hit.

Metal Forming
Precise bends, flanges, and complex profiles.
Press brake forming is where flat blanks become functional geometry. We program and run complex bend sequences to produce accurate flanges, channels, enclosures, and structural profiles — holding tight angular tolerances on every part.

Welding
Strong joints, clean welds, structural integrity.
We weld MIG, TIG, and spot — selecting the right process for each application. Whether it's a structural weldment, a cosmetic assembly, or a high-strength joint, we produce clean, consistent welds that meet spec.

Hardware Installation
PEM fasteners, standoffs, and inserts — installed right.
We install PEM fasteners, threaded standoffs, studs, clinch nuts, and other hardware using press insertion — ensuring flush, secure, and properly torqued results. Parts arrive ready for final assembly.

Finishing
Surface prep, deburring, and coating coordination.
A fabricated part isn't done until the surface is right. We handle deburring, edge breaking, and surface preparation — and coordinate powder coating, anodizing, and plating with trusted finishing partners.

Cold-Rolled Steel
The workhorse of sheet metal — excellent formability, weldability, and surface quality.
Stainless Steel
304 and 316 grades for corrosion resistance, food-grade, and architectural applications.
Aluminum
5052 and 6061 for lightweight structural and enclosure work. Excellent for forming.
Copper
Electrical and thermal applications — bus bars, shielding, and specialty components.
Brass
